Audio out of sync

Hey guys, I made a video with commentary and the audio is pretty badly out of sync with the video, I use Pinnacle Studio and use the default voice recorder on it, but when I make the movie the audio is out of sync. I tried in both AVI. and MPEG1 and its still nothing. I uploaded it to Youtube anyway, here's a link. Any help will be great.

Is the video 2 separate files? Like, one for your voice, and the other for the gameplay?

well, on pinnacle studio after you have added the video files to the timeline, I recorded a voice over while I was watching the video. 1 part had the video and 1 part had the voice over but they should be in sync

I have an audio sync problem with Pinnacle all the time as well it does my head in. My voiceovers are usually fine but, when I record more than one video the audio ALWAYS goes out of sync and I have to spend hours re-syncing the audio manually.

This in mind, maybe its just a Pinnacle error?
