Music? Instruments?

Post  ShadowDante58 on Tue Nov 09, 2010 3:15 pm

So guys, just wondering, whilst I'm sitting here plunking away on my guitar; Does anyone else play an instrument? On the topic of instruments, what kind of music are we all into? Cool

Don't really play much instruments to be honest with you, I can play the drums to an extent but that's as far as I go lol.

I like a lot of music, I tend not to stick to one type of music as I like a mix of everything ever now and then but, I like my electronica or a bit of dance every now and then.

What about yourself?

Guitarist mainly, but a decent enough drummer, in terms of instruments.

Musically, I have such an odd music taste. Mostly though, its Metal for me (Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica etc.).
Daft Punk and Pendulum are pretty sweet. Celldweller too. And of course, Video game soundtracks. Cool

Daft Punk are an awesome band, I bought their first album "Homework" a couple of months ago, it's a kick ass album.

I have ''Homework'', ''Discovery'' and their movie ''Interstella 5555'.
This is an amazing song. Give it a listen.

I bought "Discovery" off iTunes a while ago and It's one of my favourite albums of all time. Veridis Quo is a great song, I love the sort of calming feel it has to it along with a nice beat. My favourite of the bunch though is definitely Something About Us.
